chart can be hacked by everyone. And enjoyed by everyone and I’m also going to show you the chutneys that go.

started and check out the recipe.

INGREDIENTS:

Potatoes

1/2 TSP of cumin powder

½ teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder

1/2 TSP of chaat masala powder

few chopped onions

a few chopped tomatoes

METHOD: Aloo Chaat

STEP 1:

First and go to shallow fry the potatoes for this take a pan 2 to 3 tablespoons oil now I’m going to add the potatoes you can the potatoes are roasted nicely they’ve come to a nice golden color. You go to drain off the oil from the potatoes turn off the stove.

STEP 2:Aloo Chaat

To the fried potatoes add 1/2 TSP of cumin powder, ½ teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1/2 TSP of chaat masala powder, to this add 1 TSP of tamarind chutney. And 1 TSP of mint chutney, roast the potatoes for about 2 minutes turn off the stove.

STEP 3:Aloo Chaat

Now you go to layout the chart in a plate add the fried potato pieces to this add a few chopped onions, a few chopped tomatoes, sprinkle, some red chili powder sprinkle, some chaat masala, 1 tsp mint chutney. 1 TSP date and tamarind chutney add some save, some chopped coriander leaves, and finish it. Off with a few sweet pomegranate seeds.

Dayton tamarind chutney:

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup of water

about 10 pitted dates

1/2 cup of tamarind puree

Red chili powder1/2 TSP

1/2 TSP cumin powder

Coriander powder 1/2 TSP

1/2 TSP black salt

dried ginger powder 1/2 TSP

1/2 TSP table salt

2 teaspoons powdered jaggery

METHOD:

STEP 1:

The Dayton tamarind chutney takes a pan pour 1/2 cup of water, have about 10 pitted dates or chopped ax first, you go cook the dates cook the days till they’re soft. The dates have been cooking for about 5 minutes on medium flame.

STEP 2:

 And 1/2 cup of tamarind puree after 2 minutes add 1/2 TSP of red chili powder,

1/2 TSP cumin powder, 1/2 TSP coriander powder, 1/2 TSP black salt of homonymic 1/2 TSP dried ginger powder, 1/2 TSP table salt, 2 teaspoons powdered jaggery just add a little water cook on low flame for about 5 minutes turn off the stove.  Cool the mixture and grind it to a nice smooth paste you go make a quick mint.

Coriander chutney:

Coriander

2 green chilies

a piece of ginger

mint leaves

juice of one lemon

a little salt

water

Coriander chutney for this you  taking 2 green chilies, a piece of ginger for a mix

of coriander and mint leaves, squeeze the juice of one lemon, add a little salt
