Bhindi Masala/ Okra:
Hello, friends today in this post I am going to share the bhindi masala recipe. Which is very tasty and easy to make. Bhendi is very good for health. It has many health benefits.
Before going to start the recipe of bhindi masala. Lets us know the ingredients to make this recipe.
Jeera 1Table spoon
Hing ¼ Tablespoon
One onion chopped
Ginger Paste 1 Tablespoon
Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
How To Make:
To make the bhindi masala recipe. Take a Kadai and put it on the flame, add the oil into the Kadai. When the oil gets heat add the bhindi in it to fry.
Before that, the bhindi should be washed with water. Take the fresh bhindi. Cut the bhindi into half pice fry the bhindi (deep fry or shallow fry). As the bhindi contains water. So fry to carefully to fry the bhindi it takes 4-5 minutes.
After 4-5 minutes the bhindi fried. Now take the bhindi into the plate. Add the 1 Tablespoon off jeera in the same oil, ¼ Tablespoon of Hing. Hing is optional if you want you can add.
Now, wait for for1 a minute till the jeera will get completely into the oil. After the jeera is fried add one onion chopped and mix them. Ager mixing the onions leaves it to cook for 4-5 minutes or till the onions change its color. Onions will be changed into a pink color after 4minutes.
Add 1 Tablespoon ginger, garlic paste and mix properly in it for 2minutes 1 Tablespoon red chili powder, 1 Tablespoon dhaniya powder, Haldi (turmeric ¼ Tablespoon), salt as for taste & ¼ kg roasted jeera powder and now mix all ingredients perfectly in it and cook it on the slow flame for about 2-3 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes add the one tomato which is chopped or you can add the tomato pure and mix it. Put the lid on the Kadai or cover the Kadai with lid and live for about 4-5 minutes.
Till the mixture leave the oil from its sides. In the middle, you should mix as it does not get a stain. After 5 minutes the mixture had lived the oil from its sides and mix it.
Take the ½ cup Dahi(curd) before going to the add Dahi (curd) in it, slow the flame to prevent the curd from the crack. Adding the curd is continuously mixing. If the curd gets cracked, that not good to seed mix the curd till it gets boiled.
When the curd boils and now again cover the Kadai and live it for 4-5 minutes to cook. Now 5 minutes is completed it had cooked. Add the ¼ cup of water to it and mix it properly. Add the water according to you that how you like the gravy to eat.
If the gravy is still thick then add again ¼ cup of water and mix. Cook for again 3-4 minutes by covering it. Check the bhindi masala is ready or not. If it gets cook then add the fried bhindi to it. cook for again 2-3 minutes. After that, you can add the ¼ Tablespoon of garam masala powder it is optional.
If you want to eat spicily. Add the garam masala powder to the gravy. The restaurant-style bhindi masala is ready to serve. Now off the flame and serve the bhindi masala into the serving bowl.
