Hello, friends today I am going to share some tips on how to lose weight. So many people have a common problem of how to lose weight. People try many things they do exercise, plane diet, but what happens unfortunately no use of these things.

I will tell you some common tips, on how to lose weight. Try these common homemade recipes to weight loss.

Use of chia seeds:

Chia seeds are very beneficial for losing weight.

These seeds in Hindi is called a sabja seeds, in Telugu as chia vittanalu,  

This drink helps in to burn the belly fat.

It is a very safe drink and helps to lose 4-5 kg of weight, in very less time.

You can see results within one weak.

Chia seeds help to remove the excess fat in the body.


Take one glass of water and add the chia seed (sabja seeds). After adding keep this for 1 to 2 hours or you can keep for the whole night.

Soaking these seeds in water makes it fluffy (swell). It is somewhat jelly to see.

When it gets fluffy add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder to this drink.


Chia seeds are beneficial for our body. It contains antioxidants that are beneficial for the skin. It prevents the skin and muscle cells from loosing. If they are loose then it helps to tighten the skin and muscle cells.

Fiber present in chia seeds helps not to feel hunger for a long time. Sabja seeds contain calcium, protein, phosphorous, potassium, magnesium, vitamin B1, B2, B3, omega 3, fatty acid, which helps to prevent constipation.

This drink is safe for thyroid patients and also for diabetic patients (skip honey). It is good for pregnant ladies. Feeding women do not take this drink. It maintains the PH level in the body.

Timing to take this drink :

We should take this drink early in the morning before breakfast. For ½ hours. we should not eat anything after drinking this. You can take this 3 times a day.

Before going to sleep or after the ½ hour of having dinner. Because it boosts metabolism and also burns the fat.

Use of ginger tea:

This is another weight loss recipe for ginger tea. Ginger in Hindi is called as adrak. This tea is made up of fresh ginger. It makes to increases metabolism.

Ginger is a negative calorie herb. This helps to reduce weight. it is very beneficial for health. So in  Ayurveda, it is used as a medicine.


Firstly take one inch of ginger and peel it and cut it into thin slices. If you don’t want to peel it then wash the ginger properly with water. If you are using the ginger dry powder then take 1 tablespoon.

Take a pan and add 1 ½ cup of water to boil ½ cup is taken extra because water gets reduced after boiling. Add the sliced pieces of ginger (adrak) in the water and boil for 8-10 minutes.

After 8-10 minutes strain the water. Take this in a cup. This is very bitter as it does not contains any sweating agent. If you want you can add the honey or sugar or syrup in it.

Add of minute leaves in the tea is good it balances the heat properties of ginger. The people who are living in the heat places adding mint leaves in the tea are very beneficial for them.

Mint leaves should add in the last 3-4 leaves are added. If you have the mint powder you can add in the first drink it after the 30 minutes of meals. Drink this tea when it is warm. Drink this tea in the afternoon and at night after the 30minutes of the meals. Means 2 times a day.


This tea is an anti-stress drink. It reduces the visceral fat, increases the energy level, thermogenesis, and curbs hunger pangs which help to lose weight.

Drinking this ginger tea in the rainy season makes to increase immunity and it helps to live fit. It reduces the cholesterol in the body and makes the body detox.

Contraindications of ginger tea:

It is safe for all but the people who have gallstones and who take blood-thinning medications should not drink.
