Hi, everyone today in this post I want to share the very tasty recipe of chili paneer. You will how to make one of the very popular Indo-Chinese recipes.

250 gram of cottage cheese paneer

dry 3 tablespoons of cornflour

1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper

Some salt to taste

lemon juice some

1 big onion


STEP 1:Chili paneer 

Let’s take a look at the ingredients here you’ve taken 250 grams of cottage cheese paneer. You cut these into big pieces big chunks like these. But if you want you can cut these into smaller pieces as well make sure that the paneer pieces. Are dry 3 tablespoons of cornflour, since salt to taste, some water, ¼ teaspoon of crushed black pepper, 5 tablespoons of all-purpose flour, Omega, and some oil you can use any cooking oil for frying to make the chili paneer.

STEP 5: Chili paneer 

1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp of water 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon crushed black pepper, some salt to taste, some lemon juice,1 big onion cut into big pieces.

STEP 10:

STEP 11:

You making the paste of these 2 together is that it’s quite difficult to make a paste of ginger if you want to make a separate paste of ginger. And you can do that as well so grind this into a fine paste. If you do not want to use the Kashmiri red chilies you can use red chili powder as well.

STEP 12:

But Kashmiri red chilies will give your chili paneer a very good natural color red color heat 2 TSP of cooking oil to this cooking oil add 1 tbsp, of chopped garlic followed by 2 small slit green chilies, saute for a few minutes and then add chili paste. STEP 15:

1 TSP honey you can add sugar as well followed by 1/2 teaspoon of crushed black pepper give this a mix keeping the flame high, 1/4 TSP Ajinomoto this is optional if you want to now add some lemon juice, one tablespoon soy sauce, some water mix everything well then adds some salt, to teaspoon soy sauce also has salt so make sure you add the salt accordingly.

STEP 16: Chili paneer 

Now add a slurry of 1 tbsp cornflour mix with 2 tbsp water and make sure you stir the mixture immediately otherwise lumps will be formed keep stirring and keep the flame medium to high and you will see after some time the mixture will become glossy and it will change its color at this stage add 1/4 cup of chopped spring onion you use the green portion of it. Followed by the fried paneer pieces which you had kept aside you are almost done. So on a high flame give everything a good mix and there you go the delicious and beautifully gorgeously red chili paneer is now ready to enjoy.
