The water level of Yamuna is likely to rise further in the coming days. About 200 villages adjacent to Yamuna are facing flood crisis, due to which the villagers are in panic.

Farmers are worried because of increasing water.
Water released from Hathini Kund Barrage
Due to the rain in hilly and plain areas for the past several days, 1 lakh 60 thousand cusecs of water has been released into Yamuna from Hathini Kund barrage. Which is now flowing slowly and has come to the Yamuna located in Kairana. After which the water level of Yamuna has reached 230 meters in Kairana.

At the same time, after the rise in the water level of Yamuna, the farmers started facing the danger of ruining their crops.
