Many people have a common problem that after the magi get cools then it will become sticky. So this is a not a big issue today I will tell you that how to make the non-sticky magi recipe within 2 mins.

So let’s know the first recipe of magi i.e.

CHINESE MAGGI RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

MAGI PACKETS 2 OR 3

BLACK PEPER POWDER

SALT TO TASTE

SOYA SAUCE 1 TSP

CHILI SAUCE

VINEGAR 1 TSP

ONIONS 1 SLICED

CARROT 1 CHOPPED

CAPSICUM 1 CHOPPED

GARLIC 2- 3 CHOPPED

MAGI MASALA

OIL 2 TBSP

GREEN CHILI 1 CHOPPED

METHOD:

STEP 1:How to make Maggi

So let us start the recipe of Chinese magi or noodles recipe. To make this recipe first of all we need to boil the magi noodles in hot water.

STEP 2:

To boil the magi first take a pot and put it on the high flame of a gas stove. When the water starts boiling then you need to add the magi. So here we need to boil the magi same as the noodles.

STEP 3:How to make Maggi

The time you are boiling the magi you should not add salt or magi masala in it. We need to boil only 8-80% of it in the water. When the magi are boiled then it on the sieve or strain the magi with cold water. Apply 1 tablespoon of oil for it So that it will not become sticky keep the magi aside.

STEP  4:How to make Maggi

Now take a non-stick pan put it on super high flame and add 2 tablespoons of oil. After that add garlic and green chili, some sliced onions, and roast it for 2 mins.

STEP 5:

Then after it gets roasted again add capsicum, carrot, and toast it properly. Add magi now and also magi masala, soya sauce 1 teaspoon, vinegar 1 tablespoon, spicy chili sauce, black pepper 1 teaspoon, salt as per taste.

After adding all the ingredients to the magi then toast and mix it perfectly to mix all masalas properly. That’s it your Chinese magi noodles will be ready. It is very simple and easy and when it is raining then it is very yummy to eat.  

CHILI MAGGI RECIPE:

Next, we will see the recipe for the chili magi recipe. It is also a very easy recipe and we will make this recipe directly into the pan. To make this recipe we will take the following ingredients such as:

INGREDIENTS:

OIL 2 TBSP

GARLIC 1 CHOPPED

TOMATO 1 FINELY CHOPPED

GREEN CHILI 1 CHOPPED

RED CHILI POWDER 1 TBSP

1 CHOPPED ONION

CAPSICUM 1 CHOPPED

SOME CORNS

CHILI SAUCE

TOMATO SAUCE

MAGI

MAGI MASALA

SALT AS PER TASTE

METHOD:

STEP 1:How to make Maggi

To make this recipe first of all take a pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil and add garlic. Note that here; we need to roast the garlic perfectly. Along with the garlic add 1 tomato which is finely chopped.

STEP 2:

So we need to cook the tomatoes nicely and we should not add the salt. Cook the tomatoes in oil till the moisture presents in will be removed. In the chili magi, recipe 1st add the 1 chopped green chili to this recipe.

STEP 3:How to make Maggi

Cook these 3 ingredients i.e. garlic, tomatoes, and green chilies. Now the thing is how to boil the tomatoes so for boiling this we need to add some water nearly ½ cup. When the oil from the tomatoes is coming out then we need to add the 2nd kind of mirch i.e. Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tsp. This is your base.

STEP 4:

Then again we need to add the remaining ingredients such as onions 1 chopped, capsicum 1 chopped, and some corns. You should not roast the onions, capsicum, and corns completely. Toast it on high flame then again the 3rd type of chili i.e. chili sauce.

STEP 5:How to make Maggi

Trust me it will be very spicy to eat to melodeon the spiciness. Here I am adding the 1 tsp of tomato sauce for this recipe. Now you need to add the 1.5 cups of water in this for boiling the magi. Cover the pan with the lid and wait till water gets boils.

STEP 6:

When the water gets boiling then you add our favorite magi. Along with this add the magi masala and mix it. If you like to eat the dry magi then cook the magi by keeping it open or else no need that. If you need slat to add. Now the magi will be ready and it is somewhat spicy and also sweet because of tomato sauce.
