Today let’s make an amazing festive dessert sheer khurma Which is the shield chordoma so here I have already taken one and a half-liter of milk.

INGREDIENTS:

HALF LITER OF MILK

HALF A TEASPOON OF GREEN CARDAMOM POWDER

A TABLESPOON OF SOAKED RAISINS (3-4 MINS)

12 ALMONDS (SOAKED)

CASHEW NUTS

A TABLESPOON OF CHARO LEO CHYRON

TWO TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED PISTACHIOS

FOUR – FIVE DATES

TWO TABLESPOON OF GHEE

ONE CUP OF VERMICILLI

SAFFRON

METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Step 1

Today let’s make an amazing festive dessert. Which is the shield chordoma so here I have already taken one and a half-liter of milk. Which is kept for boiling of about 15 – 20 min on a high or medium flame.

STEP 2

To that, add half a teaspoon of green cardamom powder. Boil it for another 3 minutes, the flame is on a medium.  Just keep stirring this occasionally for another 3 minutes.

STEP 3 Now after three minutes add a tablespoon of soaked raisins. I soaked these raisins for three to four mins. let this further boil for another five minutes.

STEP 4

Occasionally stir the milk for another five minutes. To make the sheer kurma use a thick bottom pan so that the milk doesn’t burn. So for the sheer Kurma, I have soaked 12 almonds which I hsave peeled and finely chopped.

STEP 5

home how nuts which is finely chopped after they’ve been soaked for about three to four hours. A tablespoon of Charo Leo chyron G this is optional. Two tablespoons of finely chopped pistachios are also can be added. 

STEP 6

Four to five dates which are soaked and sliced them. So while the milk is boiling let’s try the vermicelli. The nuts I’ve already kept a kadai to heat, add two tablespoons of ghee.

STEP 7

To this,  keep the flame on a medium first. Add the almonds and just toss them for a few seconds. then add the chopped cashew nuts and then add the dates.

STEP 8

 Oh cheering ghee and now finally add one cup of vermicelli and fry them till they’re nice and golden. The vermicelli is a fried to a nice golden-brown. Then shut the flame and keep it aside.

STEP 9

To this milk add a tablespoon of milk in which I have soaked about seven to eight strands of saffron. Stir it and let it boil for about two minutes.

STEP 10

kept the milk to boil for another two minutes. Now add the fried Roma sillies and the nuts. To this add the pistachios and then let this boil for about two to three minutes.

STEP 11 After boiling this for two minutes add condensed milk you can add sugar as well to this. So add 3/4 cup of condensed milk to this.

STEP 12

You can add 3/4 cup of sugar as well the condensed milk just basically makes the sheer korma a little creamy.  so after adding the condensed milk boil this for another 3 minutes. Our sheer Colmar will be ready.

STEP 13

It’s already looking really beautiful over here, with all the colors because of the pistachio. The saffron after boiling this sheer korma for another 3 minutes it’s ready to be served.

STEP 14

you can adjust the sugar as per your requirements depending on how sweet you would like it. This tastes best when it is soft cold remove this in a serving bowl.  Refrigerate, it for a couple of hours and have it nice and chilled.
