More than 43 thousand new corona cases came in the country again, Kerala has the highest

Coronavirus Cases Today: Corona infection has not stopped in the country yet. More than 43 thousand corona cases have been registered for the second consecutive day. According to the data released by the Ministry of Health on Thursday morning, 43,509 new corona cases came in the last 24 hours and 640 infected people have lost their lives. Kerala has the highest number of 22,056 new cases. Although 38,465 people have also been cured of corona in the last 24 hours across the country, that is, 4404 active cases increased yesterday.

Total cases of corona infection
Since the beginning of the epidemic, a total of three crore 15 lakh 28 thousand people have been infected. Out of these, 4 lakh 22 thousand 662 people have died. The good thing is that 3 crore 7 lakh 1 thousand people have also been cured. The number of corona active cases in the country is more than four lakhs. A total of 4 lakh 3 thousand 840 people are still infected with the corona virus, who are undergoing treatment. 

More than 45 crore vaccine doses were given across the country
According to the Ministry of Health, till July 28, 45 crore 7 lakh corona vaccine doses have been given across the country. On the last day 43 lakh 92 thousand vaccines were administered. At the same time, according to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), 46 crore 26 lakh corona tests have been done so far. 17.28 lakh corona sample tests were done on the last day, whose positivity rate is less than 3 percent.

More than 20 thousand cases of corona in Kerala for the second consecutive day
The havoc of corona in Kerala does not seem to be stopping. There is no reduction in the number of Kovid cases here, as this figure crossed 20,000 for the second consecutive day on Wednesday. In the last 24 hours, 22,056 people have turned out to be corona positive after 1,96,902 samples were sent for test. On Tuesday, 22,129 people turned out to be positive.
