BUNCH OF PALAK LEAVES (SPINACH LEAVES)
PURE GHEE 2-3 TABLESPOON
TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
TABLESPOON OF CHOPPED GARLIC
4-5 RED CHILLI
2 ONIONS FINELY CHOPPED
1 TOMATO FINELY CHOPPED
A TEASPOON OF GARAM MASALA POWDER
A TEASPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER
SALT FOR TASTE
HALF A KG OF PANEER
STEP 1: PALAK PANEER RECIPE So first take some water to boil. In that add some salt to it and a nice big bunch of spinach leaves or palak leaves. Which is washed well keep these leaves in boiling water for three to four minutes.
STEP 2: Then transfer it into an icebox we’re doing this to retain the fresh green color of the leaves. It’s time to remove these leaves. Simply remove these spinach leaves from hot water/ boiling water. Add it to the cool iced water. This will stop the process of further cooking of the leaves.
STEP 3: It also will retain the fresh green color we’ll wait for these leaves to cool down. Then we will grind it to a nice fine puree. Let’s drain off the water and now let’s grind this a spinach puree is ready.
STEP 4: PALAK RECIPE
Take a Kadai and when it gets hot add pure ghee. So add 2 to 3 tablespoons of ghee and then to this add a teaspoon of cumin seeds, a tablespoon of finely chopped garlic. you can crush it as well add some 4 to 5 red chilies broken.
STEP 5: PALAK PANEER RECIPE Saute this for a second and then add 2 onions which are finely chopped. once the onions are nice and soft add the rest of the ingredients.
STEP 6: When the onions have turned nice soft and pink. To this add, one tomato which is finely chopped, and cook these tomatoes till they are softened.
STEP 7: PALAK NUTRITION When the garlic and the chiles are releasing such an amazing aroma. When the tomatoes are slightly soft add a teaspoon of coriander seed powder, a teaspoon of garam masala powder. Mix this really well now let’s add the pureed spinach.

The first thing you’re is to heat some oil. By the time this heats the batter would be ready for this. The first thing is to take some gram flour or besan.
To this add some cumin seeds you could also use carom seeds. Adding in some red chilli powder along with this turmeric powder.

Add some water to make a nice light batter. You can add little at a time to avoid lumps. This batter needs to be moderately thick. To check the consistency dip the back of the spoon, and run your index finger. If the batter holds shape it means your batter is ready.

In case you wish to avoid baking soda or baking powder. Add in a tablespoon full of hot oil to this batter. By doing so the pores of the batter kind of open up.
That will make the bhajia nice and fluffy. Well, the oil is also heated up. Take these leaves of spinach, which is washed nicely.

Patted them dry so the next step is to dip the leaves of spinach. Like so lift these carefully and drop this in hot oil.
We’ll be making two-three at a time, because these leaves otherwise may absorb a lot of oil. While you are dropping these batter coated leaves in oil remember to keep the flame low.

The moment these hot oil increase it to your maximum high flip. These vadas once twice over so that they become crisp on both sides.
Once the leaves turn nice and crisp, you need to transfer these on an absorbent kitchen paper. so that the excess oil gets drained off similarly fry the other leaves as well.
