so here is a recipe for all your spinach lovers palak bhajia. These palak bhajia recipes trust me are so simple. It requires little time and they’re so quick and they can be turned out in a jiffy.

INGREDIENTS:

OIL  FOR DEEP FRY

GRAM FLOUR OR BESAN (TWO CUP)

CUMIN SEED OR CAROM SEEDS

RED CHILLI POWDER

TUMERIC POWDER

SALT FOR TASTE

BAKING SODA OR BAKING POWDER

METHOD:

STEP 1: PALAK BHAJI RECIPE

The first thing you’re is to heat some oil. By the time this heats the batter would be ready for this. The first thing is to take some gram flour or besan.

STEP 2:

To this add some cumin seeds you could also use carom seeds. Adding in some red chilli powder along with this turmeric powder.

STEP 3:PALAK BHAJI

Finally, some salt as required we need to whisk this mixture. While using a balloon whisk this can also be done with your hands.

STEP 4:

Add some water to make a nice light batter. You can add little at a time to avoid lumps. This batter needs to be moderately thick. To check the consistency dip the back of the spoon, and run your index finger. If the batter holds shape it means your batter is ready.

STEP 5: PALAK BHAJI

In case you wish to avoid baking soda or baking powder. Add in a tablespoon full of hot oil to this batter. By doing so the pores of the batter kind of open up.

STEP 6:

That will make the bhajia nice and fluffy. Well, the oil is also heated up. Take these leaves of spinach, which is washed nicely.

STEP 7: PALAK  RECIPE

Patted them dry so the next step is to dip the leaves of spinach. Like so lift these carefully and drop this in hot oil.

STEP 8:

We’ll be making two-three at a time, because these leaves otherwise may absorb a lot of oil. While you are dropping these batter coated leaves in oil remember to keep the flame low.

STEP 9:PALAK BHAJI RECIPE

The moment these hot oil increase it to your maximum high flip. These vadas once twice over so that they become crisp on both sides.

STEP 10:

Once the leaves turn nice and crisp, you need to transfer these on an absorbent kitchen paper. so that the excess oil gets drained off similarly fry the other leaves as well.

With this your quick simple and easy palak bhajia are ready. Add this to the list of other bhajia. That you would also wish to make at home.
