Raw papaya sabji and papaya juice recipe
Hi, Friends in this post today I am going to share the recipe of papaya sabji and also the papaya juice. Papaya has many health benefits. It is a very easy recipe to make. It contains antioxidants and minerals which are very essential for human health. papaya helps in the digestion of tough proteins.
Before going to start the recipe let us know the ingredients. Which we are needed to make the papaya sabji.
Hinge:- 1 pinch
Cumin seeds:- ½ tablespoon
Coriander powder:- 1 tablespoon
Salt:- 1 tablespoon
Garam masala:- 1 tablespoon
Turmeric:- ½ tablespoon
Ginger paste:- 1 tablespoon
Garlic paste:- 1 tablespoon
Onion chopped:- 1
Coriander leaves:- some
Oil:- 2 tablespoon
How To Make:
Let’s start the recipe of papaya sabji. To make this take 1/2kg raw papaya. Wash the papaya with water and cut the sides of the papaya.
Make the pieces of the papaya and remove the seeds. Peel the papaya and cut the pieces of the papaya into small cubes.
Take the Kadai and put it on the flam. In the Kadai add 2 tablespoons of oil to heat. When the oil gets heated add ½ tablespoon cumin seeds,1 bay leaf,2 red chilies, and 1 pinch of hinge fry it 2 seconds.
Add 1 chopped onion and fry in 2 minutes. After 2 minutes add 1 tablespoon of ginger, garlic paste, and fry them until the onions become pink.
Put the flame on medium and then add the 1/2 tablespoon of red chili powder, turmeric powder ½ and coriander powder ½ and fry for 1 minute.
After one minute add tomato to it and cook it for 5-6 minutes. By covering the Kadai with a lid. Add salt and papaya let it cook for again 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
We have to cook it for 6-7 minutes by mixing it in the middle. Now add ½ bowl water or you may add water according to your choice that how much gravy you want.
After adding water cook it for 8-10 minutes on medium flame. For cooking it cover the Kadai with a lid.
If you want to make it earlier then add it in a pressure cooker and cook until the 2 whistles. When 12 minutes are completed add garam masala and coriander leaves and again cook. It for 2 more minutes. By covering the Kadai with a lid.
After 2 minutes switch off the gas. Before that check the is ready to serve. Take it in a serving bowl and garnish with a lid some coriander leaves.

How to make papaya juice:
Let’s start the recipe of papaya juice papaya shake. To make this we need half papaya. Which is washed and peel the skin.
After peeling the papaya cut the papaya into small cubes.
Transfer these small cubes of papaya into a blender and add the milk 2 cup, and also add sugar.
After adding milk, sugar blend it until the smooth mixture occurs.
Transfer juice into a glass. Now the papaya juice is ready to drink.
