STEP 1: Spicy mutton

 Let’s start the recipe so first inward pressure cooks the mutton pieces with a little water through this you go to add a little salt, and a quarter teaspoon of turmeric powder goes to add the mutton pieces.

Now, this is a different cut of meat. pressure cook the mutton for about 20 minutes till its nice. And tender take a small pan add a little oil, 1 TSP the whole peppercorns go to add 1 TSP cumin seeds, 1 TSP fennel seeds, cinnamon just you to pieces losework10

STEP 3: Spicy mutton

Next, you go add 6 red chillis, then after adding the garlic cloves about 5 to 6 a piece of ginger that’s been cut off roast it for a minute and turn off the stove. Cool the mixture and add a little water. Grind it into a nice fine masala paste take a white saucepan add 2 tablespoons of ghee, 3 onions sliced, 2 green chilies finely chopped sauté the onions till they’re nice and brown.


The onions are nice and brown add the masala to the onions now 3 medium-sized tomatoes finely chopped add these. The mutton is cook now just go to transfer the cooked mutton. Along with the stock season with some salt little cook for about 10 minutes.

STEP 5: Spicy mutton

Till all the masala blend well and come together to thicken a little bit garnish it with some finely chopped coriander leaves turn off the stove.
